How we handle what you share

Ruby only works if you can speak honestly. We keep your counsel private, and we do not sell student data.

What we collect

When you create an account we store your name, email, and password (encrypted). If you pay for a session, Paystack processes the payment. We keep a payment reference so we can unlock your counsel. During a session we store the conversation so you can return to it and share a report if you choose.

How we use it

We use your answers only to counsel you — to understand your interests, strengths, and possible career paths. We use an AI provider to generate Ruby's replies. We do not sell your conversations, and we do not use them for advertising.

Sharing a report

A share link is created only when you ask for one. The conversation itself stays private. Anyone with the link can read the report you chose to share.

Your rights

You can write to hello@skillsandcareerpaths.com to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to request deletion of your account and conversations.
